π Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 pack lean ground turkey

1 sweet potato

Β½ cup peas

1 large carrot

3 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 380ΒΊF.
Chop the sweet potato and carrots into small cubes.
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, peas and cubed carrots and sweet potato and mix until combined.
Place the eggs in a medium pot and cover with water. Boil for 10 minutes until hard boiled.
In a greased loaf pan, add half of the meat mixture and firmly press down.
Next, place the 3 hard boiled eggs as the second layer and then top with the rest of the meat mixture.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Let the meatloaf rest for 20 minutes and top with a Dog is Human multivitamin.
