Ingredients

1 medium sweet potato

Πcup frozen peas

Πcup diced carrots

Πcup cooked ground beef
Directions
In a large pot, boil the sweet potato until tender about 35 minutes.
Remove from pot and let cool. Once cooled, peel the skin off and in a bowl mash the potato until a smooth consistency is formed.
In a medium pan, add the frozen peas, carrots, and ground beef until fully cooked.
Add a layer of the vegetable and meat mixture into a small ramekin and top with a layer of the mashed sweet potato.
Finally, add a Dog is Human multivitamin to top it off.
