Ingredients

2 cups oat flour

1 egg

Β½ tsp baking powder

β cup peanut butter

ΒΌ cup honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 400Β°F.
Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until a dough is formed.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form cookie dough into 6 evenly sized balls.
Flatten the dough with a fork in a criss cross pattern.
Bake for 15 minutes.
